Join us on Friday 1st October for our next Kerning The Gap Coffee Morning. These sessions serve as a chance for our community to come together on an informal basis with some inspiration to set your day off on the right foot. They're open to both mentors and mentees on our scheme, and anyone else who would like to join.
In this session we will be covering the topic of personal growth, and we’re lucky enough to be joined by some fantastic experts within the industry as they share their journeys and answer your questions:
Efi Chatzopoulou
Efi is an independent senior Design Researcher & Consultant with a strong behavioural science edge. Efi has always been in awe of human beings and their complexities, which led to her studying psychology 3 times, in different shapes and forms. Efi strongly believes that adding behaviour science into product design can really make magic happen, which is why she’s on a mission to help organisations add human-centredness to user-centred processes.
Lizzie Everard
Lizzie is an award winning independent Creative Director who works with experts and organisations to tell their stories through design with expression, honesty and soul. Lizzie began her career by studying visual communication at Brighton University and now has over 20 years of experience, as well as being a TEDx speaker.
Tina Medeiros
Tina is Head of Human Factors at Bristol’s Kinneir Dufort. After graduating in industrial design and working as a product and graphics designer in her native Brazil, Tina’s career has led her to live, study and work in Brazil, Germany, Japan and UK working in a wide variety of areas. Tina holds a MEng focused on materials selection in prosthetics and a PhD on inclusive design and user experience of technology products at different life stages.
