We’re pleased to announce the launch of the next cohort of our mentoring programme in London & the South East!

Our 12-month mentoring scheme, gives you the chance to focus on development areas important to you and your future career so that we can start to close the leadership gender gap in our industry.

To kick things off, our ‘Mentor Matching’ event will be held on Tuesday 11th February 6pm-8.30pm, at Design Bridge's studios in Clerkenwell, London. The brilliant Conversation Space will be running the programme again for us this year, and will support both mentors and mentee in the full training to help them get the absolute most from the year.

You'll get the chance to meet lots of possible mentors in a speed-matching style event, and we'll follow up with your personal mentor match, share details of further events and our 2020 Mentoring programme will begin.

Come along, have a drink or two and meet a collective of like-minded people who want to see more women in design leadership roles, hear their voices and be inspired to create change.

The mentor scheme costs a total of £75 for the full years programme for mentees (mentors give their time for free), however those who don't have their employer's support can contact us to discuss benefiting from one of our five subsidised places. Please email us hello@kerningthegap.com
